Actor Lee Byung-hun made a profit of 10 billion won in three years by selling the building.
On the 18th, Money Today reported that, by borrowing the words of the real estate industry, Lee Byung-hun sold a building in Yangpyeong-dong 4-ga, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul for 36.8 billion won in July last year.
For the project cost, in March 2018, the building in Yangpyeong-dong 4-ga, with a site area of 1470.79 m² (about 445 pyeong), a total floor area of 7931,75 m² (about 2399 pyeong), and 2 basement floors and 10 floors above the ground, was purchased for 26 billion won. After 3 years and 4 months of purchase, it was sold for 36.8 billion won. It is known that Lee Byung-hun earned a stable rental income of 1.2 billion won annually during the period he owned the building.
