It has been interpreted that President Lee metaphorically expressed his feelings of being pushed to the edge of a cliff after being severely punished, and was aimed at the pro-Yun-gye lawmaker or the mainstream party within the party, who he pointed out as the mastermind behind his attack.
Previously, Lee mentioned the same song while claiming that Rep. Ahn Cheol-soo, who ran for Seoul mayor of the Bareunmirae Party, caused a nomination wave in the 2018 local election.
