Lee Jung-hoo, the best player in 2021 by the Korea Eun-eun Association

The Korea Professional Baseball Retired Players Association (hereafter Han Eun-hoe) announced that it has selected Jeong-hoo Lee (Kiwoom Heroes) for the ‘2021 Best Player Award’ directly selected by retired professional baseball players.

Jung-hoo Lee won the batting title title with a batting average of 0.360, as well as recording 150 hits for the youngest five years in a row, showing the best appearance in the league and receiving votes from senior professional baseball players. Also, with the attendance of Vice Chairman Lee Jong-beom of Eun-Hye Han at this awards ceremony, we are looking forward to seeing the historical rich batting king as a winner and presenter.

In each category, the ‘Best Pitcher Award’ went to Baek Jeong-hyeon (Samsung Lions), who placed 2nd in ERA (2.63) and tied for 4th (14 wins).
