In the Spanish La Liga, Valencia midfielder Lee Kang-in (20) is receiving a love call from multiple clubs. Before the end of the summer transfer window in August, the local atmosphere is unfavorable, with forecasts that Kang-in Lee will eventually leave Valencia.

Spain’s ‘Putmercato’ reported on the 25th (Korean time), “Valencia’s new boss Jose Bordalas wants to sign Brazilian striker Marcos Andre from Real Valladolid. Accordingly, Lee’s transfer seems inevitable.”

According to local media reports, Valencia currently has three non-EU players in the first team: Maxi Gomes, Omar Alderete and Kang-in Lee. The Spanish La Liga stipulates that a team can have no more than three non-European players. In short, there is a prospect that Kang-in Lee will leave the team to create a place for Andre to be brought in.

Kang-in Lee has a contract with Valencia until the summer of 2022. If they break up with the team, they are very likely to leave Valencia this summer or in the winter transfer window.

Putmercato said, “AS Monaco (France) is paying attention to the situation in which Kang-in Lee is contracted until 2022.

According to the local media ‘Gol Digital’, Lee Kang-in is receiving love calls from other La Liga teams such as Granada, Alaves and Mallorca.

Recently, the director of Granada directly mentioned his name, and Mallorca and Alaves also want Lee Kang-in to strengthen their midfield.

Goal Digital said, “Alaves, who needs attacking midfield resources, are negotiating with Valencia to take Kang-in Lee.

Furthermore, Mallorca is also struggling to sign Lee Kang-in as Dani Rodriguez’s partner. The problem is Lee Kang-in’s ransom. Mallorca, who can’t spend a lot of money, plans to pay a transfer fee of 5 million euros or less, which is half of 10 million euros, so it is unclear whether the contract can be signed.

Meanwhile, Kang-in Lee, who joined Valencia Youth in 2011, made his La Liga debut at the age of 17 years, 10 months and 24 days in the 2018-19 season. In the 2019 FIFA U-20 World Cup, he was runner-up and won the Golden Ball, but he did not get many opportunities in Valencia.

In the 2019-20 season, he appeared in 17 league matches, scoring two goals, and he did not score in 24 La Liga matches last season. He recently returned to his team after participating in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, but has not been able to compete.
