THz wireless transmission/reception technology utilizes a frequency band between 100 gigahertz (GHz) and 10 THz to enable transmission rates of up to 1 terabit per second (1 Tbps, a transmission rate of 1 trillion bits per second). This technology is considered to be a key technology that will meet the needs of 6G mobile communication.
