LG Innotek announced that Hyuk-soo Moon, head of the optical solution business division (Executive Vice President), was awarded the ‘Industrial Medal’ for enhancing the national competitiveness of the optical parts industry at the 58th Trade Day commemoration ceremony held on the 6th.
After joining LG Innotek in 2009, Executive Vice President Moon went through the optical solution development organization and is evaluated for contributing to the development of LG Innotek’s camera module and three-dimensional (3D) sensing module into the world’s No. 1 products. The company explained that LG Innotek played a major role in successfully mass-producing the world’s first triple camera module with sensor shift image stabilization last year.
“I am very happy to be recognized for LG Innotek’s achievements and competitiveness in the optical solution business with this award,” said Executive Vice President Moon Jae-in. said.
The commemoration ceremony for Trade Day is an event held annually by the Korea International Trade Association to appreciate and encourage those of merit who have contributed to the promotion of Korean trade and expansion of exports.
