Liam Lawson, a training driver for Red Bull F1, has adjusted the seats at AlphaTauri Honda F1 for the Young Driver Test in December.
Red Bull’s Driver Academy is one of F1’s formerly successful programs, with three of the current four drivers being promoted from within.
Red Bull will run two junior drivers at the Young Dryer Test at the Yas Marina Circuit in early December.
Red Bull Racing will use Juri Vips and Scuderia AlphaTauri will run Liam Lawson. Vips participated in the Young Driver Test last year, but this will be Lawson’s first official session.
AlphaTauri Honda F1 reports that Liam Lawson has performed seat alignment at the factory. “I will never forget the first F1 seat alignment,” he added a caption to the photo of Lawson, who is aligning the seats with a smile.
Liam Lawson, who participated in the DTM (German Touring Car Championship) this year, entered the final race with an 18-point lead in second place in the ranking, but was hit by Kelvin van der Linde in both races. I missed the title by only 3 points.
In 2022, Liam Lawson will fully participate in FIA-F2 and wait for a chance to be promoted to F1.
