You can see which model of Mac you own on the Overview tab by selecting “About This Mac” from the Apple () menu in the upper left corner of your Mac. You can also update to macOS Monterey from Software Update on the Overview tab of About This Mac.
macOS Monterey has many features and services added to iOS 15 and iPad OS 15 this fall, including “intensive mode,” “text recognition,” enhanced “FaceTime,” and “memo” updates, including quick notes.
