Mandatory Testing| Three people in Block 12 of Regent Garden were fined 10,000 yuan for not testing

Tower 12, Regent Gardens, Kowloon Bay was included in the mandatory testing notice last Tuesday (20th), requiring specified persons to be tested during the following two days. Three days after the deadline expired, the government raided the building this morning (21st) and found that three people had not been tested on time, they have been given a mandatory test order and a fixed penalty notice of $10,000 .

The Office of Constitutional Affairs and Mainland, together with the Sau Mau Ping Police District and the Department of Health, checked the test certificates of about 269 people who were tested at the entrances and exits of the buildings from about 8 am to 11 am, and found that 3 were not persons have complied with the mandatory testing notice.

The government stressed that anyone who fails to comply with the mandatory testing announcement can be fined 10,000 yuan and receive a mandatory testing order requiring testing within a certain period. Violators can be fined 50,000 yuan and their imprisoned for 6 months.
