Movie star Manikuttan is the winner of Bigg Boss Season 3. Manikuttan got 92,001,384 votes. Actor Manikuttan has been declared the winner of the grand finale of Bigg Boss Season 3 by actor Mohanlal. The winner will get a flat worth Rs 75 lakh.
Sai Vishnu came second and Dimple Bhal came third. Sai received 60,104,926 votes. Dimple received 23,728,828 votes.
Manikuttan thanked his parents and fellow contestants for their support. Manikuttan had at one point decided to give up the third season halfway through after a disagreement with fellow contestant and actress Sandhya. Manikuttan returned to the Bigg Boss team after counseling sessions.
“I am indebted to God for participating in the show Bigg Boss and for getting the love of each and every one of you. You introduced me through the medium of cinema. You loved me through Bigg Boss. Thank you all .. My heartfelt congratulations to all the contestants” – Manikuttan wrote on social media.
Bigg Boss Season 3 has seen a significant increase in voting over the past two years. This is a three-fold increase from the first season to 1,140,220,770 this time around. The first-season percentage was 174,125,332.
