March KB market price nationwide house price increase rate halved compared to February … Sales outlook index rebounded

As a result of a housing price trend survey by KB Kookmin Bank, it was found that the rate of increase in housing sales and jeonse nationwide this month has slowed to half that of the previous month.

According to KB Real Estate’s monthly housing market trend data, the average housing price nationwide this month rose 0.10%, half of the 0.21% increase last month.

By region, the rate of increase in house prices in Seoul was 0.06%, a significant decrease from 0.20% last month. During the same period, the increase in Gyeonggi also decreased from 0.11% to 0.06% and in Incheon from 0.49% to 0.07%.

In addition, the increase in the nationwide housing Jeonse price recorded 0.11%, down from 0.22% in the previous month.

After the 20th presidential election held on the 9th, expectations for deregulation have risen and the buying sentiment and trading that have been frozen in the past are partially recovering.

However, the national sale price forecast index rose from 87 last month to 94 this month, stopping the decline for the first time in seven months and rebounding.
