Mauritania.. Details of transfers of senior police officers

Today, Monday, the Director General of National Security, Lieutenant-General Mesgarou Ould Sidi, made transfers in senior national police officers, including the appointment of the Regional Commissioner, Mohamed Abdallah Ould Al-Talaba, as a new director of State Security.

Ould Al-Talaba, who was nicknamed “The Ambassador”, for many years he held the position of Regional Director of Security in the wilaya of Dakhlet Nouadhibou, before he was entrusted with the Department of State Security (the Intelligence Service).

Ould Tolba succeeds the regional commissioner, Yahfou Ould Amar, who is entrusted with the task of leading the judicial police.

He also appointed the regional commissioner, El Mokhtar Ould Ali, as an advisor to the Director of Security, who was appointed at the end of last January to manage human resources and training.

Ould Ali was previously the director of the Air and Border Police.

The Department of Human Resources and Training, which was headed by Ould Ali, was entrusted to the regional commissioner, Anjay Al-Hussein.

In the meantime, the regional commissioner, Abdallah Ould Ahmed Mubarak, was appointed as commissioner of the Public Security Commission, which has been led by the regional commissioner, Mohamed Kaber Ould Sidi, since the end of last January.

According to Monday’s transfers, the regional commissioner Mohamed Kaber Ould Sidi became the regional director of security in the wilaya of Dakhlet Nouadhibou, succeeding the regional commissioner Mohamed Abdallah Ould Talaba, who was appointed to manage state security.

Previously, the regional commissioner, Mohamed Kaber Ould Sidi; He held the position of Regional Director of the Security of the Western Basin.
