Heo is suspected of running away without responding to a stop request when he was caught driving a car in a drunken state at 9:30 pm on February 17, this year near Hawolgok-dong, Seongbuk-gu. He is also charged with running into a police car and injuring a police officer during the escape.
At that time, Mr. Heo was arrested by the police after about 4 hours, and as a result of a breathalyzer test, it is said that his blood alcohol level was at the level of license revocation (over 0.08%).
The court explained the reason for the sentencing, saying, “The crime is heavy and there is a high possibility of condemnation.”
