Medical camp was an opportunity to get a diagnosis Great participation in Alivia Medical Camp

Doha: The medical camp organized by Waqra Zone CHC in collaboration with Alivia Medical Center at Alivia Clinic in Meshaf was notable for its participation. More than 500 low income and deserving people participated in the camp. The medical camp was inaugurated by Dr Amina Ibrahim Fakhru, Director of Waqra Health Centre. He said that such camps play a major role in helping different communities to work together for good and to set a noble example of love for each other. CBC Acting President KC Abdullatif presided. He was of the opinion that CIC was the organization that took the lead in convincing the importance of free medical camps in the field of public health care and organized them successfully.

Regarding the various systems prepared in the medical camp and the various steps taken by Alivia Medical Center and Well Care Pharmacy in the field of service, Managing Director KP Ashraf explained. Chairman of the Cardio Thoracic Surgery Department of Calon Hamad Hospital Dr. Abdul Wahid Al Mulla, Office Manager Waqra Municipality Managing Director Sheikh Khalid Bin Fahad Al Thani, I. CC President PN Baburajan, ICBF President Vinod Nair, Senior Medical Manager Wakrah Hamad Hospital Dr. Muhammad Ayaz Khan also spoke. Wakra CIC Zone President Mustafa Kawilkut welcomed and Vice President Zakir Nadvi gave the vote of thanks at the inauguration ceremony which started with Quran recitation by NK Hamza. Dr. received Anwar Salih, who was elected a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians in London, the award for Kolikad. Presented by Muhammad Ayaz Khan. Central Vice President of CIC, Yasir Illathodi, presided over the function.

Alivia Medical Center Psychiatrist Dr. Tisha Rachel Jacob held an awareness class. About 500 pre-registered low-income people participated in the free medical camp. Apart from twelve doctors and paramedical staff, Vakra CHC volunteers also served. Departments like General Medicine, Ophthalmology, Dentistry and ECG were also available in the camp for those who needed specialized examination. Necessary medicines were distributed free of charge. CIC Public Services Department Convener Mohammad Rafiq, Volunteer Captain Abdul Basit, General Secretary Ummer Sadiq, Rasheed Ahmed, Musheer Abdullah, KV Nuruddin and others were leading the medical camp.
