Meghan Markle loved her first husband Trevor Engelson but changed.
Queen Sussex had previously married Engelson before she met and married Prince Harry. According to her best friend in childhood, Ninaki Priddy, Markle changed and the person she knew was no longer growing up. She also shared how loving Markle was for her first husband.
“Meg used me that she couldn't imagine life without Trevor. She said that if there was nothing to happen to him she would not be able to go on, ”said Priddy with the Daily Mail.
“She loved it, too. You should have seen the way he used his face in his hands. We all felt that her love was eternal. ”
Priddy said they were surprised when they learned that the couple were getting divorced after three seasons of Markle's “Suits”.
Priddy said she knew that they sometimes fought, but that her fights were not very big. For her, the only obstacle to their relationship was that Markle lived in Toronto to film “Suits” and that Engelson was based in Los Angeles.
“But I thought they were maneuvering as well as they could. Trevor took his work to Canada to accompany her and run his office remotely. I didn't know there were any problems in marriage, ”she said.
According to Andrew Morton in his biography “Meghan: A Hollywood Princess,” Markle ended his marriage with Engelson from the blue. The duchess reported only sent her wedding and engagement rings back to Engelson at a registered job.
Former Trevor teacher, Carolee Kim, could not believe how her love ended because they were a beautiful couple. His fellow friends said that Markle could not keep his hands away from Engelson and that he would hug and kiss him as he took a voice calling him, “Trevity-Trev-Trev.”
According to David Jones, he learned something about Markle after asking her about her first marriage. He learned after Markle had achieved her reputation for “Suits”, she began to change.
Markle and Priddy's friendship years came to an end after the former Engelson divorced. According to Priddy, Markle became very computed and strategic in terms of handling people and relationships.
