The marriage behind Meghan Markle's normal work has spilled the beans on how women can sign her signed body.

Sebastien Lagree, 37, set up the Lagree Fitness class which focuses on the whole body using a machine called a megaformer bed – which you prefer with the Tribunal.

The machine has a mobile car that you use to boost your heart by holding a bone and carrying out various low intensity exercises.

Speaking to Femail, personal trainer and founder Sebastien said: “I think Meghan does it three times a week.

"She seems very committed and I recommend two or three times a week."

It is also said that Jennifer Aniston, Rihanna, Viola Davis, the Kardashians and multiple models of Victoria Secret are among his high quality clients.

He said: “People were coming to me saying they'd like to look like Meghan.

"Meghan said that you only need to go to the class a few times to see a difference, and I think that is part of the appeal."

Princess Sussex openly revealed that her figure was going for the progressive exercise, saying that it is getting rid of the best thing you can do for your body.

Studio Lagree classes are located around London in places such as Canary Wharf and White City, as well as all over the United States.

The sessions usually last 45 minutes and can burn up to 800 calories.

The fitness guru adds: “It is adaptable to all levels of fitness, so there is a big appeal – you can do anything you want on the machine.”

The founder also indicates that you do not need to fear his methods, and he points out that the classes are open to mothers and people who are pregnant.
