Mercedes F1 representative warns Red Bull “W12 is in top condition”[F1-Gate .com]

Mercedes F1 team representative Toto Wolff warned Red Bull Honda F1 that the Mercedes W12 is “in the best of the season” after Lewis Hamilton wins two straight games.

Red Bull Honda RB16B had the upper hand for most of the season, but Max Verstappen had only eight points ahead of Lewis Hamilton in the remaining two races, with Hamilton winning two straight wins in Brazil and Qatar. It is gaining momentum.

Toto Wolff is convinced that things could be in his favor in the last two races.

“We haven’t decided on the remaining two races and the two championships yet,” Toto Wolff said.

“I’m excited to be still in the fight at this stage of the season. Looking at where we were in early summer is a privilege and a sign of resilience. Both titles are wide open. Yes, our mission is clear. “

“In the previous race in Qatar, Lewis had a perfect drive, commanding the race from start to finish, and Valtteri had a strong recovery until the unfortunate punk struck him.”

“The car has been doing well these days and is probably at its best in all seasons. Drivers are confidently pushing to the limit.”

“It encourages us towards the final battle and gives us a strong momentum to move forward.”

F1 heads to a whole new venue and country. Red Bull Honda F1 believes the Mercedes F1 has an advantage at the F1 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix on a fast, flowing street circuit.

“Jeddah is another whole new challenge. There’s a lot of work behind the scenes to take a whole new path and make sure we’re on Friday. Sessions are essential and as much information as possible in the first place. Must be obtained, “says Toto Wolff.

“It’s a high-speed street circuit with a long full-open section and some high-speed corners. The barriers line up, which increases risk and reward.”

“We are more motivated than ever and look forward to the opportunity. We look forward to our debut Grand Prix in Saudi Arabia.”
