Paris: The player’s agent has denied reports that Messi will join MLS club Inter Miami. Messi has not made a decision about his future, according to the Paris media, citing the player’s agent.
Messi is reportedly set to acquire a 35% stake in Inter Miami. Direct TV Sports, an Argentine media outlet, has claimed that Messi will move to Inter Miami when his contract with PSG expires next year. It is reported that the agreement has been prepared and will be signed in August.
There have been speculations for years that Messi will join the MLS at the end of his career. Meanwhile, a photo with Messi on Monday was shared by Inter Miami co-owner David Beckham. They were accompanied by Neymar, Ramos and Mbabane.
However, Messi’s agent said that what he saw between Messi and Beckham had nothing to do with the transfer. This is part of the PSG team’s visit to Doha. Messi’s agent also pointed out that David Beckham is Qatar’s ambassador to the World Cup.
