The police bring a man out of the motel entrance.

A few minutes later, another man is taken and put in the car from the motel parking lot.

Dulmi was caught by the police who stormed the scene while prostitution was being made against a teenage junior high school girl.

One of them is a civil servant in his 40s belonging to the Chungbuk Office of Education.

It is said that after going on a business trip to work, he headed to the motel before work hours.

The man did not reveal his occupation at first, but when the police asked for his personal information, he admitted that he was an employee of the school district.

He also claimed that he had sex with this middle school student before, but did not know that he was a minor.

The police also arrested a pimp in his 30s who arranged for prostitution by driving minors in a car after making contact with men through a random chatting app.

The police are digitally forensicing the cell phone of the man who arranged for prostitution, and looking for six months’ worth of chatting app conversations to further pursue whether there were other prostitutes.

As soon as the school district receives notification of the start of an investigation by the police, the public official will be removed from his/her position.
