2. Total profit. From January to September, the total profit of state-owned enterprises was 3,402.18 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 1.1%. Among them, central enterprises were 2,447.47 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 5.2%; local state-owned enterprises was 954.71 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 14.1%.

3. Taxes and fees payable. From January to September, the taxes and fees payable by state-owned enterprises were 4,493.35 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 12.3%. Among them, central enterprises were 3,054.00 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 10.9%; local state-owned enterprises was 1,439.35 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 15.3%.
