‘Mirdif Parkway’: Union Coop announces new investment plan

Dubai യൂണിയ Union Coop, the UAE’s largest consumer co-operative, has announced a new project called ‘Mirdif Parkway’ for small and medium local investors. Through this national project, UnionCop aims to support Indigenous youth to participate in commercial activities and increase their investment.

The project includes 34 food trucks set up on 2,62,607 square feet of land near Etihad Mall, Union Cope’s commercial hub. The activities here will benefit people from different walks of life from different nationalities and tastes. Khalid Humaid bin Diban Al Falasi, CEO of UnionCop, said that UnionCop has decided to launch a new project called ‘Mirdif Parkway’ as a combination of investment projects that provide integrated services. This is the first such venture in the region and in Dubai.

‘Indigenous opportunity’

‘Mirdif Parkway’ will be a unique opportunity for locals to start their own projects and enter the world of commercial investment. There will be 34 opportunities for natives who own small and medium enterprises. Opportunities include coffee shops, snacks, grills, burgers, pasta, desserts and a variety of juices. The Mirdif Park Way will be considered as an important national project as it supports investment in the country. The project will also serve as a model for services provided here, as well as national and international growth and economic innovation.

It will be located opposite Etihad Mall, facing Al Khawaneej Street. In addition to road access, easy access and adequate parking space, it also provides essential services to visitors.
