Missing man and woman from Kasarkot hanged in their lodge room in Guruvayur-Suicide | Kasaragod | Malayalam News

Thrissur ∙ A young man and a woman who went missing from Kasarkot 12 days ago were found hanging dead in a lounge in Guruvayur. Both of them lived a family life by marrying someone else. Muhammad Sharif, a resident of Kasarkot Kallar, and Sindhu, a neighbour, were found hanging. Muhammad Sharif is an autorickshaw driver. Sindhu is a housewife. Both have been missing since January 7. Sindhu has two children and Sharif has three children. Sharif and Sindhu have been close for a long time.

Family members and relatives knew about their friendship. In the meantime, they both left the country leaving their spouses and children behind. Both of them entered the lodge in Guruvayur last night at half past nine. The next day at noon, the door did not open even after the time to leave the room. The bodies of the dead were seen by the lodge staff when they opened the window.

The police were immediately informed. The family members were contacted at the address provided in the lodge. That’s how it was confirmed that both of them had left the country. The Kasarkot Rajapuram police had registered a case of missing both.
