Mohanlal says that ‘Hridayam’ is being released today just like His Highness Abdullah was released in the nineties. He was speaking at the Heart’s audio launch last night.
There are a total of 15 songs in the heart that will hit theaters on January 21st. This is a film that releases songs into audio cassettes after a long hiatus. The audio cassette was released by Vineeth Sreenivasan to Mohanlal.
When the music industry was going through a crisis in the ’90s, we released His Highness Abdullah. It was a film with a strong emphasis on music. This led to the sale of many audio cassettes. That trend later continued in films like Bharatham and Kamaladalam. All the music in those movies was integral to the story.
Malayalam cinema has been moving in new directions for the last few years. However, I’m happy to bring that era of heart music back to a whole new level. ‘ Mohanlal said.
