Although there are rain showers and thunderstorms on a Monday morning going, the National Weather Service could see more wet weather this evening.
Forecasters are looking forward to the current Boston Marathon 2019 peak, but then a cold face will move in, and it could bring showers and thunderstorms accordingly, according to meteorologist Kim Buttrick.
It is anticipated that these screens will be between 2 and 6 pm, Buttrick said, “only the main show” this morning.
“This was a more organized line of showers, heavy showers and storms,” she said.
