Several field sequences are planned, in particular the signature of a new loan from France to finance the rehabilitation of the CHUs of Lomé and Kara, the visit of a project for access to drinking water, financed by the Agence Française Development (AFD) and a cultural sequence marked by the meeting of the beneficiaries of the Togo Créatif program.

The water access project is financed by the AFD (as part of a large European financing). This is a drinking water improvement project in the city of Lomé aimed at increasing the production of drinking water to supply an additional 200,000 people.

Ms. Chrysoula Zacharopoulou’s stay will end in Lomé with a sequence around the promotion of the project called Togo Créatif, a vast project of 6 million FCFA supported by France and which aims to develop Togolese cultural actors.

In addition, Chrysoula Zacharopoulou will have talks with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and other members of the government. Development issues, as well as security partnership, particularly in the northern Togo region, will also be addressed.
