Musk has raised his voice whenever there is a transgender issue, and in the process, he was branded as ‘anti-gay’.
Tesla CEO Elon Musk’s transgender daughter filed for a legal name change on the 20th (local time) saying she no longer “want to be associated with her biological father in any way, shape or form.” In addition, she applied for a gender change from male to female.
Xavier Musk, 18, recently filed a gender change application with the Santa Monica Superior Court in Los Angeles County to change her name to ‘Vivian Jenna Wilson’ after her mother’s surname.
In fact, he submitted the documents to the court in April, but the news only recently became known.
Other than that, nothing is known about the deep conflict between the Musk and daughters.
Meanwhile, Musk did not comment on his daughter’s decision.
Musk married Canadian writer Justin Wilson in 2000 and had five sons, including daughter Vivian (Xavier), but they divorced in 2008.
The couple embraced their first son, Musk, Nevada, in 2002, after two years of marriage, but had to let go of acute infant death syndrome (SIDS) at 10 weeks of age.
However, they later had twins Xavier (Vivian) and Griffin, followed by triplets Damian, Kai, and Saxon, and had a total of five sons.
After the divorce, Musk had a son, X Æ A-12, with Canadian singer Grimes in 2020, and a daughter Exa Dark Sidious this year.
Musk’s seven children are relatively unknown, despite having a famous father.
On Father’s Day on the 19th, Musk tweeted that he loves all his children, but did not comment on his daughter Vivian’s decision to distance herself from him.

In May, a month after daughter Vivian submitted the name and gender change documents to the court, she withdrew her former support for the Democratic Party and announced that she would support the Republican Party in the future.
He also recently revealed that he was a supporter of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, a Republican who passed the so-called ‘don’t say gay’ law.
The ‘ban on gay comments’ law is controversial in the United States, stating that school teachers cannot teach children about sexual orientation or gender issues from kindergarten through third grade. Also, according to the law, if a teacher breaks this law and mentions the relevant content in the classroom, he or she may be involved in a lawsuit.
When debates arose over the need for new personal pronouns to refer to transgender people in 2020, Musk wrote and deleted a tweet saying, “These personal pronouns are disgusting.”
“I absolutely support transgender people, but all these pronouns are just an aesthetic nightmare,” he said.
