mutharamkunnu-po-film-fame-migdad-passed-away | Actor Filewan Migdad of Mutharamkunn PO passed away

Thiruvananthapuram: Film actor and national volleyball star Migdad (76) passed away. He died yesterday afternoon in a private hospital in the capital while being treated for a stroke.

Migdad rose to fame with his role as Filewan Rajanpila in director CB Malayil Mutharamkunn PO’s debut film In 1982, Migdad entered the acting scene with the film Aana Daniya. He acted in many films like Anaykkorumma, Pinna Kudamtum Pot, Manna Pannavan Srinivasan, Heera Enna Awan, Sakshal Sriman Chathunni, Mannar Mathai Speaking etc. Also acted in serials.

He retired from the Post and Telegraph Department in 2010. His residence was AVRA 12-X, Petta Aksharaveethi Mathutvilakam Lane, and the funeral will be held today at 11.30 am at Polayathod Juma Masjid, Kollam. Wife: Rafika Migdad. Children: Mira Migdad and Rammi Migdad. Nephews: Sunit Zia and Shibil Mohammad.
