Kochi: Actor and director Nadirsha’s witness hearing in the case of harassing the actress by quoting her for filming defamatory scenes will continue in the Ernakulam Additional Special Sessions Court on Monday. Nadirsha was present in the court yesterday.
There are indications that Nadirsha has given a statement contrary to his previous position in the prosecution cross-examination. However, the court did not declare Nadirsha a defector. The court has set a new timetable for cross-examining 17 witnesses. The hearing will end on October 10.
