Virginia's guard, Jerome House, was named as ACC Player of the Week, announced Monday's series.
Jerome, who was nominated for the second All-ACC team earlier in the day, was on average 20 points, 10, 3.5 rebounds and three steal in Virginia's victories over Syracuse and Louisville in the final week of the regular season.
The junior was a major part of Virginia's wide-ranging shot performance against the Orange, going 5-for-6 from the perimeter as the 18-to-25 team shot from a 3-point range. It also connected a school record and 14 assists the road 79-53.
