‘National MC’ Song Hae worries about leaving ahead of filming for ‘National Singing Contest’

According to a broadcaster on the 17th, Song Hae is discussing with the production team whether she can continue to take on the MC of ‘National Singing Contest’ as her health has recently deteriorated due to her old age.

From the beginning of next month, on-site recording to meet applicants’ stories and songs will resume from the beginning of next month.

‘National Singing Contest’ has stopped recording on-site since March 2020 due to the novel coronavirus infection (Corona 19) epidemic, and continued a special broadcast that edited the previous episode.

The production team is in the position of resuming the on-site recording as scheduled next month as the program has been suspended for a long time, but it has not been confirmed whether a new MC will be cast to succeed Song Hae.

Rather than leaving the program, Song Hae, who is a symbol of the ‘National Singing Contest’, seems to be discussing how to participate in part through studio recordings, etc.

It is reported that Song Hae also has a deep affection for the program that he introduces himself as a ‘Sunday Man’, making it difficult to make a decision to leave the show.

Songhae is currently hospitalized at Asan Medical Center due to health problems and is receiving examination and treatment, and is expected to be discharged on the 18th at the earliest. Songhae was hospitalized in January as well, and in March, she was diagnosed with COVID-19 and recovered.
