Trivandrum: Kerala wins National Senior Women’s Football Championship Kerala beat Uttarakhand by three goals to one in the second match of the group. Vineetha Vijayan scored the first goal for Kerala in the 44th minute of the first half.
Uttarakhand equalized in the seventh minute through Bhagwati Chauhan. Kerala took the lead in the 75th minute through a header from Manasa. Manasa shook the net for Kerala with a superb pass from KV Atulya.

Kerala were awarded a penalty for knocking Femina out of the box in the last minute of the match. With Femina scoring, Kerala secured a 3-1 victory.

Haryana beat Andhra Pradesh by four wickets in the morning match at the Medical College Olympian Rahman Stadium. Jyoti (18), Vidhi (22), Thanu (71) and Pooja (75) were the top scorers for Haryana.
