NCL Plc. International (NCL) revealed that according to the company signed a memorandum of cooperation (MOU) with Dimet (Siam) Plc. (DIMET) after the company has studied the feasibility of doing such business thoroughly. Then the company would like to stop doing such business together. The company has made a letter to cancel the said business cooperation memorandum dated October 1, 64 and sent to DIMET. The company has decided to take into account the risks and benefits to the shareholders of the company. Importantly, the termination of this memorandum does not affect the operations and results of the company in any way.
