Netmarble announced on the 24th that it has for the first time released a demo build (demo version) of the open world action adventure collectible RPG ‘Seven Deadly Sins Origin’ at the game developer conference ‘GDC 2023’ held in San Francisco, USA.

‘Seven Deadly Sins Origin’ is a sequel to ‘Seven Deadly Sins: GRAND CROSS’, currently in worldwide service by Netmarble, and will be released as an open world game with a high degree of freedom dealing with an original story based on a multiverse. This game is developed based on the Unreal 5 engine and participated in CDC at the invitation of Epic Games. The demo version can be tested at the Epic Games booth at CDC.

In ‘Seven Deadly Sins Origin’, the adventures of various characters who appear in the seven deadly sins and the 4 horsemen of the Apocalypse, including the new protagonist, unfold. Users can explore different parts of the continent of ‘Britannia’, discover hidden places and hidden treasures, and organize their own fighting style based on different weapons and unique skills for each weapon to participate in strategic battles.

The actual gameplay video of the game can be found on Netmarble’s official YouTube channel.

Meanwhile, at CDC, Netmarble also revealed the core game features of ‘Everyone’s Marble 2: Metaworld’, a metaverse-based real estate board game scheduled for release in the first half of this year, and ‘Knights of the Round Table’, a strategic RPG based on the Unreal 5 engine due to be released in the second half of this year.
