His participation continues a recent trend of Nevada alumni appearing in the showcase. Camper is the fourth consecutive Nevada alum to compete in the Portsmouth Invitational, following Kenan Blackshear (2024), Jarod Lucas (2024), and Kobe Sanders (2025).
