Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has appointed Oleg Pak as First Deputy Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media. The relevant order is published on the government website.

Since October 2013, Pak has served as Secretary of State, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Communications.

The new state secretary was appointed Lyudmila Bokova, who previously held the post of deputy minister. Until January 27, 2020, Bokova was Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Building.
