Niantic and Pokemon release schedule for December on “Pokemon GO”! “Heritage Season” and “Pokémon GO Holiday” will be held! | gamebiz

Niantic and Pokemon have released their December schedule on December 1st, “Pokemon GO”. This month, we will hold “Heritage Season” and “Pokémon GO Holiday”.

■ Pokemon you can meet at the “Great Discovery” in December
From early morning on Thursday, December 2, 2021 to Saturday, January 1, 2022, you can meet “Monoz” in “Great Discovery”. If you are lucky, you may meet different colors of Pokemon.

■ Weekly 1 Poke Coin Box
Every Monday in December, a box containing tools such as a “Remote Raid Pass” will appear in the shop (each available only once).

■ Pokemon that appears in “Raid Battle”
The following Pokemon will appear in “Raid Battle” in December.

・ Legendary raid battle
In December, “Reshiram,” “Zekrom,” and “Kyurem” will reappear in “Legendary Raid Battle.” If you’re lucky, you might be able to meet the different colors of “Reshiram,” “Zekrom,” and “Kyurem,” which will be the first appearance in “Pokémon GO.”

Note: All “Raid Battle” rotations start and end at 10 o’clock Japan time on the dates listed.

・ Mega Raid
For the first time in “Pokémon GO”, “Mega Steelix” will appear in “Mega Raid”! Note: All “Raid Battle” rotations start and end at 10 o’clock Japan time on the dates listed.

If you’re lucky, you might even meet different-colored Pokemon.

・ Raid hour
“Raid Hour” in December is held every Wednesday from 18:00 to 19:00 Japan time, and the following Pokemon will appear.

The December “Spotlight Hour” will be held every Tuesday from 18:00 to 19:00 JST, with different Pokemon and special bonuses every week.

December 7: “Electabuzz” | Double the “Pokemon Candy” you can get when you send a Pokemon to the Doctor

December 14: “Boober” | Double the XP you can earn when Pokemon evolves

December 21: “Snover” | Double the XP you can get when you catch a Pokemon

December 28: “Cubchoo” | Double the “Pokemon Candy” you can get when you catch a Pokemon

If you’re lucky, you might even meet different-colored Pokemon.

■ “Community Day” in December
The last “Community Day” of the year will be held on Saturday, December 18, 2021 and Sunday, December 19, 2021. During the event, more Pokemon from 2021’s “Community Day” will appear in the wild.

In addition, the Pokemon that appeared in “Community Day” in 2020 will return from eggs and appear in “Raid Battle”. If you miss the outbreak of Pokemon, December’s “Community Day” is a great opportunity to catch it.

・ “Heritage Season”: A new season will start from 10:00 on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 Japan time! Embark on a journey associated with the past for the “Pokémon GO Tour: Johto Region”. The “Heritage Season” will end at 10:00 on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 Japan time.

・ “Oko Day” of “Urimu”: From 11:00 to 17:00 on Sunday, December 5, 2021, Urimu will be drawn to “Oko” more than usual. Furthermore, on that day, ice-type and Jimen-type Pokemon are attracted to “Oko”.

The Mystery of the Tower of Ryuracen: An event named after Ryuracen in the Ish region will be held from Tuesday, December 7, 2021 to Monday, December 12, 2021. Details will be announced at a later date.

-“Pokémon GO Holidays” Part 1 and Part 2: This year’s “Pokémon GO Holidays” event will take place from Thursday, December 16th, 2021 to Friday, December 31st, 2021. Enjoy costume-clad Pokemon, “ice-type” Pokemon that appear more often in the wild, event-only “field research”, winter-themed dress-up items, and many other bonuses.
