Backstreet Boys, Nick Carter, could be nominated for the new Best Group Award at the MTV Video Music Awards but he doesn't think they should win it.

In fact, the BTS singer or Jonas Brothers asked to walk out with the voters award.

One week before the show takes place, MTV unveiled the new 5SOS category, Backstreet Boys, BLACKPINK, BTS, CNCO, Jonas Brothers, PRETTYMUCH and Why don't we compete for Best Group title.

But Nick was surprised to see his band in the same category as the other bands and everyone was just trying to get his group out of the run.

‘” There is nothing but heart pain. ”In any way, the Old Assessment won a MTV award in 2019, 'it put the name. T @Mtv Please join us from this category, I can't handle the stress-based play #BackstreetBoys #mtvbestgroup #VMA #vmas #giveittojonasbrothers or #BTS [sic]'.

While many BTS and Jo Bro fans were happy with the tweet, Backstreet Boys were not happy to want Nick to put his chances of meeting the band's chances.

‘But you guys better than all these people together!

'Oh no. Do not suggest so that Nick! Other by tweeting.

Tú You're not old! I will have a vote for @BTS_twt but the VB deserves this nomination just like any younger action, if there is no more than some! Tú You ruled guys in the late 90's / early 2000, did you sell out and won a Grammy name at the end of 2010? Icon! I would also like to have a lifetime for the HRB and I respect this. '

Luke Hemmings from 5 seconds of the summer showed that he had agreed with Nick as the Australian band is in the running of the award.

Liom I think I'm the same, 'he replied.
