Tomorrow STONE will support The Kooks in Vorst Nationaal, but it seems to us that the band will have to play support acts for a long time to come. After the release of ep Punkadonk last year, it’s time to press the accelerator again in 2023. With “Let Go” the first single of the year appears for the band and it also seems to be one of his hardest songs. There is no more information about a possible album yet, but there is no doubt that this is a banger.
“I Let Go” lasts just over two minutes, so the band doesn’t take much time to get going. With banging drums and the song title in a furious scream, the guitars fly around us. A blast of a chorus indicates that STONE knows very well what it is doing. Fin Power has not stolen his name and puts a lot of power in his vocals for this single. Together with some dreamy vocals from the other band members we get a great song. Especially when you keep getting that chorus thrown in your face. This could just be the song that creates a first moshpit on Saturday.
