Nobody wants the ‘sad’ pacer in Rajasthan – Sandeep Sharma | Rajasthan Royals | IPL 2023

Jaipur – Sanju Samson-led Rajasthan Royals made a surprise move with days left to start the 2023 Indian Premier League season. There are reports that fast bowler Sandeep Sharma has been included in the Rajasthan team. Sandeep Sharma is also in the training pictures of the Rajasthan team. Meanwhile, Rajasthan has not officially introduced the star.

Young runner Pyath Krishna will miss this season due to injury. Sandeep is said to have joined the Rajasthan team in place of Prathi. Mumbai Indians tried to get Sandeep Sharma in the team as a counter to Jasprit Bumrah. Sandeep, who was a Kings XI Punjab player last season, was not bought by anyone in the IPL mini auction held in Kochi.

Sandeep then made his grief public about not being able to play in the IPL. Sandeep then responded that he was surprised and disappointed when it wasn’t sold. “I didn’t understand why nobody bought me. Whichever team I’ve played for, I’ve performed well. I really thought some team would bid for me.”- Sandeep Sharma responded.

Sandeep Sharma is a regular wicket taker in powerplay overs in IPL. The star’s base price was Rs 50 lakh in the IPL auction. But not all of the ten franchises that took part in the auction were interested in buying the player. Sandeep Sharma, 29 years old, is an actor from Punjab. He has played two Twenty20 internationals for India. He has played for Punjab Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad teams in IPL.
