At 10 p.m. today (Oct. 10, 2021), a depression “Lion Rock” was centered around Thanh Hoa city. This storm was moving to the southwest. with a speed of about 20 kilometers per hour. It is expected to weaken to a strong pressure cell in the next phase. This will cause more rainfall in the Northeast. mostly in the upper part of the region
