On February 6, 2023, the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT), Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (NRCT) held a closing ceremony. “Inventor Day 2023” and Youth Invention Award Ceremony In Thailand New Gen Inventor Award: I-New Gen Award 2023 competition, with Dr. Wiparat Di-ong, Director of the National Research Agency as chairman, together with a competent committee. and NRCT executives attended the ceremony at the center, Event Hall 101, BITEC Exhibition and Convention Center, Bangna, Bangkok.
Dr Wiparat Di-ong, Director of the National Research Agency, said that the NRCT under the Ministry of Higher Education organized the Inventor’s Day 2023 under the concept of “driving the economy and society with inventions and innovations” to present ready -to -use inventions and innovations and the progress of national inventions and push for the expansion of the results that can be used for different dimensions Study various government agencies and private sectors. This year’s Inventor’s Day event has been held since February 2, 2023. It has attracted a lot of attention from students, students and the general public. At the youth level participating in the Thailand New Gen Inventor Award: Award I -New Gen 2023 for the new generation of young people to be inspired and have the potential to develop into researchers and innovators in the future This will lead to a channel to expand the research and innovation personnel base that will lead the work of transforming the country in the future. (junior high school and high school), vocational education (vocational certificate and higher vocational certificate) and higher education (Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree) in 5 groups: Group 1 Agriculture, Group 2 Food, Group 3 Health and Medicine, Group 4 Energy , Chemistry and Biomaterials, and Group 5 Tourism, a total of 41 awards which have been selected as follows:
