“Oil spent a month on mold on a cutting board” crackdown on late night snack companies

However, not all late-night delivery companies are like that, but this time in Busan, we conducted an intense confrontation to see if hygiene conditions were good and food expiry dates were properly observed, and there were many of organizations breaking the law.

The gas stove and hood at Galbijip are in such a mess that you can’t tell when they were cleaned, and old broth stuck to the soup bowl at Rice Noodle House like slime.

tteokbokki restaurant used a seasoning franchise with an expiry date of 1 year and 3 months.

All are in breach of the Food Sanitation Act.

This is the seasoning container used in the business caught this time.

Even when I touched it, it was very sticky, and I couldn’t even check when the expiry date was.

One restaurant with poor sanitation even used a ‘trick’ by sticking stickers on the windows to prevent people from looking into the kitchen from outside.

The Busan City Special Judicial Police conducted an intensive operation for two months, and found 17 crimes in 13 restaurants specializing in delivery, including Chinese restaurants, Malatang restaurants, and tteokbokki restaurants.

The special envoy intends to book the owners of the law-breaking establishments and send them to the prosecution as soon as the investigation is completed.
