Fans praise Chennai Super Kings ‘Faf Duplessis’ dedication in the IPL match against Kolkata Knight Riders yesterday. Duplessis fielded for Chennai at the ground yesterday with a bleeding leg.
Duplessis’ performance is reminiscent of Shane Watson, who fielded with bloody legs against Mumbai in the 2019 IPL final. Duplessis’ left knee was bleeding after he was caught by Kolkata’s Ian Morgan. Duplessis then continued fielding with that leg.
Apart from fielding with a bleeding leg, Duplessis also played a crucial role in Chennai’s victory by scoring 43 runs for Chennai. After the match, fans shared his picture saying that he is the pride of Chennai.
