Ingredients required
Rice Bread- 3/4 cup
Sugar – 1 1/4 cups
Ghee- 2 tbsp
Milk- 2 liters‌

Method of making

First boil 2 liters of water in a bowl. Add cheese, boil for two minutes, turn off the heat and cover for 30 minutes. Then change the water and rinse two or three times in cold water. Now pour 1 liter of milk and 1/2 liter of hot water in a frying pan and heat.

Add the pre-made cheese and cook on medium flame. When reduced, add 1 liter of milk to it. Add 1 cup sugar and stir over low heat. At this time add 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon water in another bowl and caramelize one (this is to give the stew a pink color.

When the color changes, pour a glass of hot water, stir and prepare the caramel solution. Now add this solution to the reduced stew and mix well. By now the stew may have turned a nice pink color. Then add a little ghee and cardamom powder and turn off the heat. Finally add a tablespoon of ghee to a pan and add some roasted nuts and raisins to the stew. Hot pappadam can be eaten with delicious cheese.
