Samsung Electronics plans to release the OneUI 5.0 beta 3 version of Android 13 for the Galaxy S22 series this week, foreign media outlet Sam Mobile reported on the 21st.
According to the report, an official from the Samsung Member Community Forum in China said, “The release of the next beta version has been postponed to the 23rd (Friday).” At the end of last month, Samsung Electronics announced the beta version 2 with an option to ▲ change the actual Samsung app icon ▲ add a repair mode to protect personal information ▲ disable RAM Plus, and have been testing it until now.
Improvements in the beta 3 version are not yet known, but the focus will be on animation quality and performance improvements, including general bug fixes and performance improvements.
Sam Mobile expects that 4 to 5 beta updates will be released before Samsung releases the full version of OneUI 5.0. As expected, if two or three more beta updates are released, there is a possibility that it will be officially released in November.
Samsung Electronics said that an official version would be released before the end of this year, but did not mention a specific release date.
