The video has garnered over one billion views on YouTube. Pinkfong’s Baby Shark Dance is the first video to reach 10 billion views on YouTube. The video will be released on YouTube on June 18, 2016. So far 10,008,732,879 people have watched this ‘little shark dance’ with two children lined up.

It is followed by the album ‘Despatiso’ by Puerto Rican pop stars Luis Fonseca and Daddy Yankee. 7,704,950,023 people viewed this album. ‘Baby Shark Dance’ is depicted in the form of two children performing in the background of a shark animation. This video ranks 32nd on the Billboard Hot 100 list.

Pinkfong CEO Min-seok Kim said the achievement of 10 billion viewers was another milestone in Baby Shark’s journey. The video reached 7.04 billion viewers in November 2020. Baby Shark still had the title of the most viewed video in the history of YouTube. The song was sung by popular Korean-American singer Hop Sigoin in 2015 when she was ten years old.
