Palakkad: The owner of a vehicle used by the gang in connection with the murder of RSS leader Srinivasan has been found. The bike is named after a woman. The bike loan was handed over to someone else for the purpose. The investigation is focusing on him. Srinivasan’s postmortem will begin at the district hospital at 8 am today.

The mourning procession will reach Kannaki Nagar School at 11 am. After the public viewing, the body will be buried at Karukodi Cemetery at 2 p.m. A special team has been appointed to probe Srinivasan’s murder case. The case is being probed by a team led by Narcotics DySP Anil Kumar.

It is reported that the police have received a clear indication about the culprits. Got the number of one of the three bikes the killers rode. Police are hoping to arrest all the six accused in the gang soon. Ten SDPI activists were taken into custody in the incident.

The second murder took place in an upstairs room near Palakkad city just before the shock of the murder in Elappully subsided. Srinivasan, an RSS leader and former corporal punishment leader, was brutally murdered by a mob. The incident took place around 1 pm on Saturday.

In the attic ‘SKS. Srinivasan was running an auto consulting firm called ‘Autos’. Srinivasan was attacked by a group of six people who arrived in three scooters around 1 pm. CCTV footage of the attack was released. Everyone had swords in their hands. Eyewitnesses said that Srinivasan was hacked to death by the gang who entered the shop without saying anything.
