The Hollywood Reporter The latest news indicates that Bong Joon-ho, director of “Parasite” and “Snowpiercer”, is preparing to shoot a new sci-fi movie, and locks in the new “Batman” Robert Pattinson.
The film, released by Warner Bros., is based on Edward Ashton’s upcoming sci-fi novel “Mickey7,” which will be published on February 15, and tells the story of a replaceable replicator (clone) named Mickey7 who is sent on a mission to the ice Colony Niflheim, only to find that he has been presumed dead after the return trip, so he will face his own clone: Mickey8.
The film will be directed and written by Bong Joon-ho, and former co-production units such as personal production company Offscreen, producer Dooho Choi, Kate Street Picture Company and Plan B will co-produce this project.
