Yesterday afternoon, the court, which listened to the position of the prosecution and the head of the Park area for about three hours, issued an arrest warrant for the main park area before midnight.

It was deemed that “criminal charges have been explained and there is a risk of destruction of evidence.”

District Mayor Park denied the claim with the intention that ‘it was an event without an organiser, so there was no need to take security control measures and the damage to life could not be foreseen’, but it was not accepted.

On the other hand, the situation of trying to destroy evidence by changing the mobile phone and deleting electronic information in the current mobile phone before the police investigation seems to have added to the need for an arrest investigation.

Choi Mo, head of the security and disaster department at the Yongsan-gu Office, who is in charge of the district office’s security department but is suspected of having failed to deal with the disaster, was also arrested.

Earlier, following the ‘police supremacy’, such as former Yongsan Police Chief Lee Im-jae, and securing new recruits for district office officers, the investigation to discover the cause and responsibility of the disaster gained momentum.

The Special Police Investigation Headquarters, which reviews ‘co-principle’ jurisprudence where the negligence of various government agencies such as the district office, police, and fire departments combined to cause the disaster, is reviewing the law ‘co-principle’. principle’. He is expected to concentrate.

In addition, the special version considers whether to apply for an arrest warrant for the Chief Executive of Yongsan Fire Station, Choi Seong-beom, who was responsible for putting out the fire on the day of the disaster.
