‘Hell’ is a work depicting the story of a supernatural phenomenon in which people are sentenced to hell by the messengers of hell who appeared without notice, and the religious organization Saejinrihoe, which was revived in this chaos, and those trying to uncover the truth of the incident are intertwined. Bae Young-jae is a PD who produces documentaries for Saejinrihoe. Seeing the priests of Saejinrihoe excessively intervening in documentary production, he feels antipathy for them, and his daily life collapses as he begins to experience a journey to hell and Siyeon, which he felt far away from him. He is a character who comes closer to the truth of Saejinrihoe to protect his family.

Park Jung-min said, “In my opinion, Bae Young-jae was a very flat character, so I thought about how to express it differently, but the most effective way would be annoying.” I was able to relax and do my acting.”

Completely immersed in the gifted man struggling to protect his family in danger, Park Jung-min created a character that lives and breathes, acting out a wide range of emotions, from the desperate heart of the head of the family to his anger towards the Saejinrihoe.

Regarding Bae Young-jae, Park Jung-min said, “The Saejinrihoe is moving forward, but I did not agree with it, but I did it from above, so I thought the feeling of making something for them was ‘irritable’. Thank you again and again, because you believed in me and waited for me.”
